SHIPPING POLICY

We offer worldwide shipping on all our products. However, for the website, we currently only ship within India. If you wish to place an order for international shipping, please contact us at communication@therugbugs.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We offer standard shipping for all our products. If you require express shipping, please contact us at communication@therugbugs.com for further details.

As each rug is handmade, it takes 1-5 weeks for the rug to be dispatched. Shipping usually takes an additional 3-8 days, depending on the delivery location's PIN code.

Please note that the shipping times mentioned above are only estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on several factors, such as the product's availability and the shipping destination's customs regulations.

The shipping costs for each order will depend on the product's weight, size, and shipping destination. We offer free shipping within India for orders above INR 10,000. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of INR 100 will be applied.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your order's delivery status.

Please be aware that for international shipments, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may be applied by the destination country's customs authorities. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges that may be applied, as these are beyond our control.

In case of any misplacement or loss by the parcel company, we cannot be held liable for the loss or damage of the product during shipping. However, we will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

Furthermore, we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the shipping agency, as these are beyond our control.
