To avoid any such pain, we use vegan wool ONLY.

We usually take 7-10 days for mug rugs and 15-30 days for small to large rugs once the designs are finalized. Complex designs and/or surplus in size rugs usually take longer than 30 days.

Handmade rugs are made with utmost care and craftmanship ensuring can even last a lifetime if you take proper care. Machine made rugs are mass produced and usually last for 5-10 years even if they are made from premium quality fabric.

Rugs can be cleaned and washed. We highly recommend taking care of your rugs and cleaning it every 3 months. We recommend following the steps in our Rug Care Manual that will be provided with your rug.

Absolutely! Our rug designs are not limited to a single plane. You can use them as wall hangings by using the hooks that will be stitched at an additional cost, providing proper support to hold the rug in place and choosing a suitable size based on your wall dimensions. Shredding of rugs is quite normal in the first three to six months as the threads are settling in. It will diminish with time. We recommend vacuuming it regularly in low power setting without a beater brush.
